Team Leader

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and guide a team of professionals within our Professional Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of analysts, developers, and testers to achieve project goals.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new service offerings and methodologies.
