Team Leader - Water Treatment Operations

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our water treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring efficient and effective plant operations, compliance with environmental regulations, and achievement of operational targets. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and reliability of our water treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of plant operators and maintenance staff.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, including RO, UF, ETP, and STP systems.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and water quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Manage inventory of chemicals and spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels.
• Prepare operational reports, including performance data, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve water quality.
