Team Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Team Manager to oversee and coordinate various operational aspects of our live events and entertainment projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 2-5 years of experience in event operations or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership potential and a passion for the live entertainment industry. You will be responsible for guiding a team to ensure seamless execution of event logistics, resource management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the planning and execution of event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is brought to life.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including artists, sponsors, and technical crews, to ensure smooth event flow.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures at event venues.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory of event equipment and resources, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
