Team Manager - Clinical Operations

Role Summary: The Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinical research professionals to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other clinical operations staff.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of study milestones, including site initiation, monitoring visits, and study close-out.
• Manage team performance, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, data management, and regulatory affairs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of SOPs and clinical trial processes.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of team capacity.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and investigative sites regarding operational aspects of the trials.
