Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead and motivate a team of professionals within our Corporate Business division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving team targets in the competitive Indian insurance market. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the corporate insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate insurance sales/service executives to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand business with existing ones.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
