Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Technical Architect to join our team in India. The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions that align with the company's strategic goals within the pulp and paper industry. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and best practices in software development, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation within our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation through technology adoption.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all implemented solutions.
- Manage technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly those relevant to the pulp and paper manufacturing sector.
