Technical Architect (B.Tech/B.E. Required) - Mangalore (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Architect with 3-5 years of experience for our Mangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and project management within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction teams.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Assist in the selection of appropriate construction materials and methods.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Manage the technical aspects of project planning and execution, including timelines and resource allocation.
