Provide technical support and guidance to users, troubleshooting issues related to software functionality.

Understand client business processes and map them to software capabilities.

Conduct user training sessions on software features and best practices.

Collaborate with the product development team to identify areas for software improvement based on client feedback.

Prepare technical documentation and user guides.

Ensure client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
