Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to various business functions within HUL, focusing on optimizing our FMCG operations through innovative technology solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for technological improvement and automation.
Design, develop, and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to understand their technical requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support for existing systems and new technology deployments.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends in the FMCG sector.
