Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Technical Consultant with 3-5 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our dynamic courier and logistics operations. You will be instrumental in designing and optimizing user experiences, workflows, and technology integrations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into user-centered design solutions for our logistics platforms and applications.
Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for internal operational tools and customer-facing applications.
Develop prototypes, wireframes, and user journey maps to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and ensure optimal functionality.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.
Analyze existing technical processes and identify areas for improvement through design thinking and technological innovation.
Contribute to the technical roadmap by identifying opportunities for new features or enhancements based on user needs and industry trends.
