We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and have a strong understanding of technology solutions within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for analyzing technical requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing expert advice to optimize our hotel operations and guest experiences. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current IT infrastructure and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation within hotel operations.
Design, develop, and implement technical solutions that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and revenue management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Marketing, to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on new technology adoption, system upgrades, and software integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel services.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and user manuals.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in hospitality tech.
