Technical Content Developer (1-3 Yrs) | Chandigarh

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Content Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, process flows, and internal knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, and engineering teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules for internal and external stakeholders.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Manage content lifecycles, including version control, updates, and archival.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to improve the effectiveness of documentation.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of content strategy and standards.
