Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Content Developer with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in creating clear, accurate, and engaging technical documentation for the medical devices industry. You will be responsible for translating complex technical information into user-friendly content for various audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a variety of technical content, including user manuals, service manuals, training materials, product brochures, white papers, and website content.
- Collaborate with R&D, product management, marketing, and regulatory affairs teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, style, and adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for diverse audiences.
- Manage content projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in technical communication.
