Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Content Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for software products and services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Create user-friendly guides, tutorials, API references, release notes, and FAQs.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, style, and consistency.
- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of documentation standards and processes.
- Understand and document complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
