Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Content Developer with 1-3 years of experience, holding a B.Sc degree, to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our range of industrial equipment and machinery. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting guides, and product specifications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Write and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style, adhering to company standards and templates.
- Create diagrams, illustrations, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of technical concepts.
- Manage the content lifecycle, including version control, updates, and archiving.
- Research industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.
- Ensure all content is user-centric and meets the needs of the target audience.
