Technical Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Technical Director to lead our technology strategy and implementation within our healthcare facilities. The Technical Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and data security. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and a proven track record of managing complex technology projects in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of EMR/EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of patient data in compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, IT Act).
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
