Technical Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Technical Director to lead our engineering and technical operations. The Technical Director will be responsible for setting the technical direction, overseeing all engineering activities, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance within our aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. This role requires a deep understanding of aviation regulations, advanced engineering principles, and strategic leadership capabilities to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the company's long-term technical strategy and roadmap.
* Oversee all engineering departments, including airframe, engine, component, and line maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with all national and international aviation regulations (e.g., DGCA, EASA, FAA).
* Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technical staff.
* Manage budgets for engineering projects and operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Collaborate with other departments, including operations, quality assurance, and business development.
* Oversee the planning and execution of complex maintenance and repair projects.
* Ensure the highest levels of safety and quality in all engineering activities.
* Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
