Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Lambda Therapeutic Research. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of clinical research projects, guiding a team of technical professionals, and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical research processes, data management, and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee the integration and management of clinical data systems, databases, and software applications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA) and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data managers, statisticians, and clinical operations personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical research.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials.
