We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust software solutions for accounting and auditing processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategy for the accounting and auditing technology stack.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
