We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Lead with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for a candidate with a BBA/BBM background who possesses a strong understanding of project management, process optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration within a manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in overseeing technical projects, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to the development and improvement of our medical device products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions.
Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, procedures, and reports.
