Job Description
Role Summary: The Technical Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day technical operations of aircraft, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze aircraft technical logs and performance data.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting aircraft operations.
- Ensure compliance with all DGCA regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with flight operations and engineering departments to address operational challenges.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for technical operations.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and operational activities.
