Technical Operations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the technical operations within our manufacturing facilities in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all technical aspects of our production processes, driving continuous improvement, and managing a team of skilled technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the technical operations team, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for technical operations.
- Monitor operational performance through key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
