Technical Operations (Tech Ops)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Operations professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various technical aspects of aircraft maintenance and operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation technical procedures and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day technical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and flight operations teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all technical documentation and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with DGCA regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of aircraft maintenance, inspections, and modifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the technical operations department.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes for technical operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ground crews and maintenance personnel.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest aviation technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.
