Job Description

Role Summary: L'Oréal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our digital product strategy within the Beauty & Personal Care sector. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our digital offerings delight consumers and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, aligning with L'Oréal's global innovation and business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Legal to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future product decisions.
- Ensure products meet technical requirements, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
