Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving the development and execution of our product strategy within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional team leadership, coupled with a solid technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for new and existing pharmaceutical products, focusing on technical aspects and integration.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and unmet needs within the life sciences sector.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear product specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to business case development and financial forecasting for product initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting the pharmaceutical and life sciences landscape.
