Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager with a background in design to join our dynamic Management Consulting team in Thane. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative digital products and solutions for our clients. You will bridge the gap between business needs, user experience, and technical implementation, ensuring our products meet market demands and client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with a B.Des degree and 2-3 years of experience to grow in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, business analysts, clients) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital solutions.
Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Leverage your B.Des background to create intuitive and user-centric product designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, managing sprints and backlog effectively.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends within the management consulting space.
Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve existing product features and functionalities.
Support product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and training materials.
Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
