Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support - Non Voice professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal teams and external stakeholders through various non-voice channels, ensuring efficient resolution of technical queries and issues related to our automotive components and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive technology and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to automotive components (e.g., gears, driveline systems, EV components).
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer issues and trends.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new product features and software updates.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all assigned technical support tickets.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and company products.
