Technical Support - Non Voice | B.Pharma Professionals (3-5 Yrs Exp) | Mangalore

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Technical Support professional with a B.Pharma background and 3-5 years of experience. In this non-voice role, you will provide critical technical support and ensure the quality and compliance of our leather products and manufacturing processes. You will leverage your pharmaceutical knowledge to analyze product specifications, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements within our Mangalore facility. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively through written channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product technical specifications, formulations, and manufacturing processes related to leather treatments and finishing.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues arising from product development, quality control, or production, documenting findings and solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and SOPs related to product development and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze data from production and quality control to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical assistance and training to production staff as needed, focusing on process adherence and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to leather manufacturing and chemical processes.
- Respond to technical inquiries via email, internal ticketing systems, and other non-voice communication channels.
