Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Technical Support Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical assistance and support to our users, primarily through voice and blended communication channels. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience for our health and wellness platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat.
Guide users through troubleshooting and problem-solving processes for application-related issues.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on common user issues to help improve our products and services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
