We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support - Voice / Blended. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with a BBA/BBM background and 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, looking to contribute to a leading player in the auto components industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues related to automotive components and related systems.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and effective product usage.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product issues and improve customer experience.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions and common issues.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a professional and helpful support experience.
