Technical Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our technical staff, ensuring they are proficient in the latest technologies and workflows within the broadcast and media industry. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the needs of broadcast engineers, IT staff, and other technical personnel.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and remotely, covering areas such as broadcast technology, IT infrastructure, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the technical teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve content and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in broadcast technology, digital media, and related IT fields.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain training records and track trainee progress.
