Role Summary:
Larsen & Toubro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our engineering and construction workforce across India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical concepts within the E&C sector and have a proven ability to impart knowledge effectively. This role is crucial for enhancing the skills and capabilities of our employees, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the needs of the engineering and construction teams.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to employees at various levels.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in engineering and construction to ensure training content is relevant and current.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate training content.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to trainees to support their professional development.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
