Job Description
Role Summary: The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to facility management staff across India. This role is crucial in ensuring our teams are equipped with the latest technical knowledge, operational best practices, and safety standards to provide exceptional service to our clients. The trainer will assess training needs, design curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training modules on various facility management systems and technologies (e.g., BMS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for technicians, supervisors, and managers.
Assess training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and direct observation.
Design and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
Ensure all training aligns with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facility management and incorporate them into training programs.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees.
