Technical Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs to our technical staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in the engineering and construction domain. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, for various engineering and construction processes and technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at different levels, ensuring clarity, engagement, and knowledge retention.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the technical teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in engineering and construction to incorporate them into training content.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Manage training schedules and logistics, ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
