Technical Trainer (3-4 Yrs) role in NBFC

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Trainer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging technical training programs to our employees within the NBFC sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, processes, and technology, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. A postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials on NBFC products, services, systems, and compliance procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on technical aspects of our operations.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
- Design and implement effective training methodologies, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
