We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer with 2-3 years of experience, ideally with an MCA degree, to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training programs to our students and corporate clients, ensuring they gain the necessary skills for the evolving tech landscape. You will play a crucial role in curriculum development and student mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on various technical subjects, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and hands-on lab exercises to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.
Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students, addressing their technical queries and career development needs.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance training content and delivery.
Collaborate with curriculum development teams to design and refine training modules.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
