Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Trainer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for an M.A graduate who is passionate about knowledge sharing and employee development within the BPO industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of our call center agents, ensuring they meet our high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored for technical support and customer service roles.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees on product knowledge, system usage, communication protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assess training effectiveness through various methods, including quizzes, practical exercises, and performance monitoring, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify training needs and customize programs to address specific performance gaps.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
