Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our IT support team. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware and software across our corporate offices. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and ensuring the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults for end-users.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on IT-related issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on IT equipment.
- Manage IT inventory and assets.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment for new joiners.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
