Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technology / IT Support Assistant. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of technology and a desire to learn within a dynamic broadcasting environment. You will provide essential support for our IT infrastructure and assist with various technology-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting basic IT issues (e.g., connectivity, software errors, hardware malfunctions).
- Help manage and organize IT inventory and assets.
- Support the IT team in daily operations, including system monitoring and data backup.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for broadcasting and internal use.
- Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and systems as required.
