We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Technology / IT professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure and systems within the textile and apparel industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology services, contributing to various IT projects, and assisting in the implementation of new solutions. This position does not require a post-graduation degree, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong undergraduate background and relevant practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.

Support the implementation and integration of various IT solutions and applications relevant to the textile and apparel business.

Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, data migration, and new technology rollouts.

Maintain IT documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and incident reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate technical assistance.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
