Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our technology team as a 'Technology Specialist'. This role will be crucial in supporting and enhancing our cutting-edge logistics technology infrastructure. You will work on diverse projects, contributing to the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our systems that power India's largest integrated logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues across various platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new features and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and user guides.
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the deployment and monitoring of IT infrastructure and services.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Contribute to the development and execution of test plans for new software releases.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements relevant to the logistics industry.
