Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Technology / IT professional with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our corporate IT team in Vijayawada. You will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our diverse IT infrastructure and systems, contributing to the efficient operation of our pharmaceutical business. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal IT systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
