Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our technology team as a Technology / IT - Other professional. This role is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience looking to apply their analytical and business understanding to IT operations within the gems and jewellery sector. You will assist in managing and optimizing various IT systems and processes that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and accounting software.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities, leveraging your M.Com knowledge to provide business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
