Role Summary:
PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Product Manager to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance our global beverage and snack operations. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital products, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our consumers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology initiatives within the beverage and snack sectors.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new product opportunities and drive product differentiation.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, prioritizing features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in product management to foster innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for product initiatives.
- Champion agile development methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
