Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and innovative Technology Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong aptitude for understanding and shaping technology products within the engineering and construction domain, without requiring a formal graduation degree. You will be instrumental in driving the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring our technological solutions meet market needs and contribute to L&T's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, construction, and IT to identify product opportunities and define product vision.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and user needs.
- Develop and execute product launch plans, including go-to-market strategies.
- Gather user feedback and iterate on product features to enhance user experience and product value.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and stakeholders.
