Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and innovative Technology Product Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a passion for shaping the future of digital banking products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration, ensuring our technology solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing digital banking products, aligning with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on products based on data insights.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the fintech and banking space.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security best practices for all product releases.
