Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Technology Product Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business principles and a passion for technology product development. You will be instrumental in guiding the success of our technology products and will be responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and define product strategy.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features.
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze financial data and business metrics to assess product viability and success.
