We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technology Product Management team as a Product Analyst. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to build a career in product management within the IT services sector. You will support product managers in defining, developing, and launching innovative technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements for new product features and enhancements.
Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and strategy documents.
Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Help in creating product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Participate in user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvements.
