We are seeking a motivated Telecom - Other professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a foundational understanding of telecommunications principles and their application within the retail sector. This role involves supporting and optimizing our in-store and back-end telecommunication systems to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunication equipment, including PABX systems, VoIP phones, and network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure reliable communication services across all retail outlets.
Provide technical support to end-users for telecommunication-related queries and issues.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software upgrades and issue resolution.
Maintain documentation of telecom systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Participate in projects related to the deployment of new telecom technologies within the retail environment.
