Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Telecom - Other specialist. This role will focus on leveraging telecommunications infrastructure and technologies to support and enhance our petrochemical and plastics operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, data flow, and operational efficiency across our diverse business units. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading Indian conglomerate at the intersection of heavy industry and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement telecom strategies aligned with the company's operational needs in petrochemical and plastics manufacturing.
Manage and optimize various communication systems, including PABX, VSAT, radio communication, and IoT connectivity for industrial applications.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication equipment and networks within plant and operational sites.
Collaborate with IT and operational teams to integrate telecom solutions with SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant telecom regulations and industry standards in India.
Evaluate and recommend new telecommunication technologies to improve efficiency, safety, and data security.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on telecom systems.
